"One of the worst experiences of my life is dealing with State Farm or Goodale insurance ever since I started with them every month they have tried to increase my bill by over $150 saying it was due to my past marriage, including my step kids terrible driving records to my insurance after about four months of this now they say the increase is just an increase due to my vehicles that is totally unacceptable to raise your insurance $150 in one month see ya"

"So, State Farm insurance decided that because I signed up with them for insurance on the 31st of March 2023 that I still owe them for April of 2023. I asked, how is this? They told me that payment on the 31st of March was for March. I said, I did not have insurance through your company in March. They said that is because of their billing cycle. I say they stole a moth of premium from us. I will never do business with them again. There ya go Jake. Stick that in your khakis."

"I canceled my policy with these guys cause they kept raising the cost of my insurance with no tickets or claims. They said all the insurance companies were doing it , only to find same kind of insurance coverage elsewhere for a fraction of the cost I was paying state farm. But after I canceled they still pulled money out of my account when I didn't owe them. They said they'll refund It because they shouldn't have taken it but they only sent me a 1/3 of the money they stole out my bank account. They can't keep taking money out of your bank if your no longer a customer. I don't recommend this place."

"I've been with State Farm my entire driving life (25+ years). I have shopped around for better rates a few times, but have never switched. Rates are fair, but really, its the service you get when you get in an accident that makes State Farm worth it. Jason and his team are great too!"

"I called their office today. The "lady" who answered the phone was incredibly RUDE. She even ended the call with me while I was in mid-sentence, trying to ask a question. It was a bit shocking, to say the least. She treated me as if I was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would assume someone employed to answer the phones would have a smidgen of customer service. They are the voice of your company after all."
